A full eternity has stones all the way round the finger. A half eternity has stones only half way round. There is a variety of settings to choose from: channel set, claw set, or rub over set. Most popular diamond shapes used are round brilliant, baguette, princess cut and assher cut. The precious metals used are platinum or 18k white or yellow gold.
